ReCon takes a question-based approach to the value reconciliation problem with built in edits to ensure consistency in the review process. Included is a built-in scoring system for the asset as well as the core valuation document being reviewed. The application can be hosted on the client’s server or cloud-based, with remote access capability, so the client can utilize preferred local market experts. Management capabilities include the ability to set up users, define user access and real time monitoring of user activities, as well as the ability to order and upload 3rd party data products.
